Bouchon at The Venetian
About This Spot
Stepping into Bouchon at The Venetian is like finding a quiet Parisian corner amidst the buzz of the Strip. The space is filled with natural light that soaks through large windows, offering a calm and open setting that invites a gentle slow down—perfect for lingering breakfasts or thoughtful dinners. Here, the pace feels unhurried, with attentive service that treats each moment as part of a shared experience rather than a rushed transaction.
The atmosphere carries a comforting warmth, much like a well-loved neighborhood bistro where familiar faces return year after year. The clink of glasses and soft murmur of conversation weave through the air alongside the subtle aroma of fresh butter and baked bread, making it a place where the simple joys of dining are amplified by genuine care in every detail.
Food at Bouchon is never rushed, as if the kitchen takes its time honoring French culinary traditions while gently embracing a modern touch. The rich, indulgent hollandaise on the eggs Benedict or the delicate balance in their escargots and French onion soup hint at a respect for classic flavors, while unexpected moments—like the flaky warmth of pastries or the satisfying crunch of truffle fries—remind you that this is a place meant to be savored. Whether breakfast or dinner, each plate feels thoughtfully composed, offering a quiet celebration of ingredients and technique.
Dining here is a little escape within the larger Las Vegas scene—a space where attentive, intuitive service enhances the easygoing elegance of the room. It’s a spot that honors tradition but invites you to settle in and enjoy the little human moments between each bite: the bread set gently on the table, the shared glance across a steak frites, the comforting hush of a leisurely brunch unfolding.

The bread is so good. I got the crab Benedict again as I tend to come here every year at the same time on my last day in Vegas. I love that the natural light permeates the room and then it's very open and nice for breakfast. My servers have always been extremely nice at this place and the food is amazing. They don't skimp on the crab that is for sure and the hollandaise sauce is extremely rich and buttery as it should be.

Absolutely delicious food and incredible service. Only thing we would change was for the bread to be a bit softer. W did 4 courses and each one got better and better. Great for a date night, with the spend for sure.

The food was amazing, and the pastries especially stood out. I’ve had pastries at Bouchon Bakery near Napa, and everything from their bakery was genuinely so good so had a high expectation. The burger was great, the meat was cooked well, and the onion soup was actually better than the ones I’ve had in Paris. The crab Benedict was definitely a highlight. We stayed at the Palazzo, so getting there from our room was super easy, and the whole experience felt really nice.

It was just brunch at Bouchon—but it was so much more! It was a full experience from the table setting to the waiters! It’s definitely a modern French cuisine and incredibly delicious. The waiters bring bread to the table and just set it down on the table cloth —LOVE! It’s paired with hella delicious butter and berry jam My boyfriend and I split the Steak Pané which is a top pick for Bouchon! We devoured every bite and even were regretting sharing!! It is highly recommended to order a croissant obviously! We chose a raspberry cream filled…wow so delicious we ordered another one to go! The atmosphere makes the whole experience well rounded, with white & black chairs and French accents to the decor. Very elegant, I mean you drink water out of wine glasses… who wouldn’t love that…??? This will be a restaurant we visit every time we are in vegas

We stopped by Bouchon for brunch as part of a staycation, and even on a busy Saturday, everything went really smoothly thanks to having reservations. We've also been to another Bouchon location before (Yountville, CA), so we had a good idea of what to expect, and this one delivered that same polished experience. We ordered the Croque Madame with truffle fries and the Biscuit au Babeurre. Both were well made and nicely executed. We also loved the little details -- especially the leaflet-shaped bread that came out complimentary. Everything felt rich without being overwhelming, and perfect for a leisurely brunch. The ambiance is lovely as always: classic, elegant, and definitely on the fancier side. This is one of those places we like to save for special occasions or a nicer brunch/lunch, as it is a bit pricey for an everyday visit, but absolutely worth it when you want something elevated. Overall, a spot we continue to enjoy and will definitely come back to in the future when we're in the mood for a more refined brunch experience.

Service wafriendly, affable, and excellent. I don’t normally eat trout, but I ordered it on the recommendation of the waiter. It was too salty—I suspect they salted it but forgot capers are already a very salty ingredient. Removed one star for this. They took it back and made me a new one that was good. The sommalier suggested a nonalcoholic storm chaser which was also excellent.

Standard French bistro fare with incredibly warm, attentive service and beautiful decorations. + The steak frites were definitely one of the best on the strip, and that butter was delicious. +/- Brownie was a bit too sweet to my liking, but the textural and temperature contrast made it an interesting and enjoyable dish regardless. Would absolutely love to come back for their breakfast/brunch service
